Our Promise

We want you to love your Gymtonics gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In original, unused, and unwashed condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased as "Final Sale"
  • Personal care items (e.g., balms, sprays) that have been opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

How to Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@gymtonics.co with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories included
  4. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131
  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number

Return Shipping Costs

For domestic returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you for eligible returns. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. This ensures you receive your new item faster.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@gymtonics.co with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
