At ARJ DYNAMICS LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for products purchased from Gymtonics.co.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy. To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately at support@gymtonics.co with your order number.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival (with photo documentation)
- Items that differ significantly from their description on our website
- Items that fail to perform as advertised under normal use
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards and store credits
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@gymtonics.co with your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship the item(s) to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a store credit. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted: items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Each case will be evaluated individually by our customer service team.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gymtonics.co.
